Staff greeted us with mint tea on arrival. The manager provided helpful advice about tours. Breakfast on the terrace had Moroccan pastries.
The hotel location was not great on maps. It took 30 minutes to find the correct location after arriving.

welcome teahard bedwater temperature fluctuation
the staff greeted me with tea upon arrival, a nice touch.
the bed was uncomfortably hard. i also faced issues with the shower as the water temperature fluctuated unpredictably.

i loved the beautiful interior! the staff was really nice and helpful. i especially appreciated how accessible our unit was on the ground floor. breakfast upstairs on the rooftop was very convenient, and the table spread changed slightly from day to day!!!
The pool was very, very small compared to the photos. It seemed more like a pretty feature.

the front desk staff helped in many ways , from handling bags to giving recommendations. they coordinated taxis and provided helpful information about the medina and local attractions. i found them attentive!!!
